Is that even a word. Ha ha well here are a couple more sweet girls that I got to hang out with at the GTFO Workshop. I'm telling ya it was the best experience ever. I could not have asked for any better models!

Baptism

This past weekend I was asked to photograph and special moment in this little one's life, Baptism. I was very honored to be able to document this for them so that they will forever cherish this day. I enjoyed working with this beautiful family. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this special time.

Before & After

I have always seen before and after pictures on other Photographers blog and always loved when they did that. It made me look at things in a whole different way. I have always wanted to post one like this but I could never get myself to do it because I never thought my SOOC shots were good enough to show them. But being able to see the creativity of another photographer just opens more doors. Custom Photography is so unique. Every image that I take is hand edited. I hope you enjoy this and know that with every image I provide you, it will be carefully edited.

Get Tha Funk Out Workshop

This past weekend I joined about 20 other photographers in California for a 1 day workshop. The workshop was hosted by 3 Professional Photographer: Gina Lee, Joanne Distaso, & Patrice Nelson. Get Tha Funk Out was one of the best experiences I ever had. When we arrived to the farm my eyes filled up with water. I could not believe I was really here. I got to meet so many new people and everyone made me feel like family. It was awesome. Thank you everyone for this awesome experience and I hope to be seeing you all at WPPI. I'm officially a GTFO girl! :)

So Excited!!!!

I am so super excited I could hardly sleep last night. Tomorrow morning I will be on a plane at 6:00 a.m. headed to my first ever hands on workshop with the ever so fabulous Gina Lee and her Get Tha Funk Out girls. I have taken a couple of online workshops but nothing compares to being there in person. There will be 20 other Photographers like me, either just starting out, or need a little boost, etc. It will be taught by 3 Professional Photographers; Gina Lee, Joanne Distaso, and Patrice Nelson. I can't wait to come back and tell you all about it. Whish me luck and I will be back next week.

A little Sneak...

Here is a little sneak peek into what I will be working on this week. I did some maternity pictures for my sister in law this weekend and we had such a fun time. It is so funny working with a 5year old who thinks she knows everything and a 3 year old little boy that wants to just make funny faces. I love them to death and I can't wait to see there new little one in a couple short weeks. Stay tuned for newborn pictures of there little one.
